These terms cover the Mehman waitlist and the mehman.ai website. By joining the waitlist or using the site you agree to them.
The waitlist
- Joining is free. Your seat number is your place in line. It is not a purchase, a reservation of any product, or something that has monetary value, and it cannot be sold or transferred.
- We plan to let people in from the waitlist in the order they joined, but we may change the order, the pace or the plan, and we do not promise a launch date or that every person on the list will get access.
- When Mehman launches, separate terms and pricing will apply to the service itself.
Using the site
Please do not misuse the site: no automated signups, no using someone else's email address, no attempts to break or probe our systems, and no interfering with other people's use. We may block access or remove entries that do.
Your information
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy page.
Ownership
The Mehman name, logo, design and content on this site belong to Mehman. You may share links to the site and your boarding pass image, but you may not copy our branding to suggest an affiliation with us.
No warranties and limits on liability
The site and waitlist are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Mehman is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or the waitlist, and our total liability to you for anything connected to the waitlist is limited to the amount you paid us, which is zero. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
